Michael Bucher

Founding Director

Luna PPC was created in 2017 when Michael realised the the SME market and its Owner-Managers were in need of a more bespoke approach to helping those business owners meet their challenges and achieve their ambitions. As a result, Michael developed his unique and proprietary business operation and performance methodology and has since successfully worked with dozens of SME's and their Owner/Managers.

 

Prior to this, Michael was a Managing Director at investment bank Morgan Stanley in a very successful career spanning over 20 years. Working in London, Europe and the Far East, including a 5 year posting to Hong Kong as the Asian head of generalist sales for their institutional equity product. During those two decades he gained experience across a number of business sectors including business analysis and operational change management, institutional equity and other financial products, sales, capital markets and customer relationship management.

 

Michael has also founded and manages a Family Investment Office and International B2B Sales Consultancy. Michael has a BA in Economics and German and studied Performance Leadership under the renowned professor George Kohlreisser at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
